DR. KEVIN AMINZADEH, Founder, CEO
Dr. AminZadeh pursued his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Western Ontario, graduating in 2001. Following a decade long practice, he returned to study at the globally leading prosthodontics institute, University of Michigan dental school, where he received his Masters of Science in Prosthodontics. His education in the field of implant dentistry was complemented by a Master Clinician certificate from GIDE institute and Loma Linda University in 2014.
Dr. AminZadeh is an international speaker and a key opinion leader in the field of digital dentistry, implantology, and microscope enhanced dentistry. He has built his practice upon digital treatment planning of complex oral rehabilitations. He is a consultant for oral and maxillofacial surgeons, periodontists, and general dentists.
He is an expert in digital workflow stages from digital record taking, implant treatment planning using implant planning software, implant placement using surgical guides, and custom prosthodontic restorations. Dr. AminZadeh is a fellow of the royal college of dentists of Canada and a Board Certified Prosthodontist.

Barry is a serial founder and operator with 30 years of executive management and board experience in the medtech, software and digital industries in both public and private companies. Active in the startup community, Barry experience includes Founder, Chair and CEO of Zolo, President & CEO of Sonic Incytes, President & CEO of PureWeb Inc., Founder and CEO of VSM MedTech, Founder and CEO of Urodynamix, Chair of the BC Excels Program, Entrepreneur in Residence at Ventures West, and lead mentor with BC Innovation Council.
Barry has held a number of directorships in private and public companies and is currently the Chair and Director of Zolo and Orpyx Medical.

Isabella Taba- CFO, CSO
Isabella is a seasoned leader with a distinguished track record in various executive roles, including Board Director, CEO, President, Chief Strategy Officer, and COO. With over 15 years of industry experience, she has evolved from a system engineer and project manager to key management positions in high-tech and space industries. Isabella excels in business growth, strategy, development, and transformative initiatives.
As CFO and CSO at Implant Genius, Isabella has driven sustainable growth, redefined business strategies, introduced new models, and significantly reduced operational costs. Her strategic guidance has led to impressive operational efficiencies and financial growth, establishing Implant Genius as a leader in AI-based dental treatment planning.
Isabella also serves on the advisory board of Blue Dot Motorworks' Retrofit Hybrid Systems and as Board Director for Enhance WestVan Non-profit, focusing on governance and organizational excellence.
Mattias Flodin, Board Member, Interim CMO
Mattias is a seasoned expert with a deep understanding of the medical device and dental industries. With two decades of experience, he has honed his skills in digital transformation, customer experience, and marketing, making him an invaluable asset to any organization.
Throughout his career, Mattias has held significant roles in both local and global markets, demonstrating his versatility and leadership. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Global Marketing at Neoss Group, where he was a key member of the executive team. His prior experience includes 15 years in senior marketing positions at Nobel Biocare and Envista.
Mattias holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from the School of Business, Economics and Law in Göteborg, Sweden.
Dr. Carl Pogoncheff, Clinical Advisor
Dr. Carl Pogoncheff was born and raised in Lansing, Michigan. He graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Then Dr. Pogoncheff completed a Masters of Science degree in Prosthodontics at the University of Michigan. He received numerous awards including the Francis B. Vedder Award for Crown and Bridge Dentistry (awarded to the top graduating student in Crown and Bridge Dentistry), the Comprehensive Care Award, the Joseph Clayton Scholarship and the American College of Prosthodontists Undergraduate Achievement Award. Dr.Pogoncheff is a published author and has given continuing education courses to other dentists. In addition, he has presented on dental topics on various national meetings. Dr. Pogoncheff is also a faculty member at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and a current member of the Dental School Alumni Board of Governors. Dr. Pogoncheff is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and is a Board Certified Prosthodontist. He is a reviewer for the Journal of Prosthodontics.
